काय उणें जालें तुज समर्थासी । ऐसा मजपाशीं कोण दोष ॥१॥

जो तूं माझा न करिसी अंगीकार । सांगेन वेव्हार संतांमधीं ॥२॥

तुजविण रत आणिकांचे ठायीं । ऐसें कोण ग्वाही दावीं मज ॥३॥

तुका म्हणे काय धरूनी गुमान । सांग उगवून पांडुरंगा ॥४॥

Roman Text

1. Kaay une jhaale samarthaasee, aisa majpaashee koan dosha

2. Jo tu maajha na kareesee angeekaar, saangen vyavhaar santaanmadhee

3. Tujvin rata aanikaanche thaayee, aise kon gvaahee daavee maj

4. Tuka mhane kaay dharooni gumaan, saang ugavoon paanduranga.

Translation

1. Oh God you are the Almighty. Is there anything that is lacking in you? Is there any big deficiency in me?

2. Why don't you accept me? Why are you not meeting me? I will complain about this behaviour of yours to all the saints, with no hesitation.

3. Have I worshiped any other God? Will there be anyone who will say this and vouch for it? (Of course, not).

4. Oh God, why are you feeling shy? Please explain everything (about this behaviour of yours) to me.
