मागायाची नाहीं इच्छा । जो मी ऐसा संकोचू ॥१॥
लटिकियाची न करूं स्तुति । इच्छा चित्तीं धरूनि ॥२॥
हिशोबें तें आलें घ्यावें । हें तों ठावें सकळांसी ॥३॥

1. Maagaayaachee naahee icchha, jo mee aisa sankochoo
2. Latikiyaachee na karoo stuti, ichha chittee dharooni
3. Hishobe te aale ghyaave, he to thaave sakalaasee
4. Tuka mhane swaamiseva, yethe deva kaashaachee.
Translation
1. I have no desire to ask for anything. Then why should I feel shy about anything?
2. I will not indulge in false praise, harbouring some desire in my mind.
3. Whatever comes to us by the law of karma, we have to accept it. Everyone understands this.
4. Tuka says, why should I worship you if any way you are not going to bless me with your darshan?
