Gatha abhang 525 - Padopadi dile ang

पदोपदी दिले अंग । जाले सांग कारण ॥१॥

रुंधवूनि ठेलो ठाव । जागा वाव सकळ ॥२॥

पुढती चाली मना लाहो । वाढे देही संतोष ॥३॥

तुका म्हणे क्षरभागी । जालो जगी व्यापक ॥४॥

English Text

1. Padopadee dile anga, jale saang karan

2. Rundhavoonee thelo thaav, jaaga vaav sakal

3. Pudhatee chalee manaa laho, vadhe dehee santosh

4. Tuka mhane kshara bhagee, jalo jagee vyapak.

Translation

1. I have given my whole life at Lord Hari's feet while walking every step in my life and as a result my mission has been completed.

2. I have occupied everything that exists in this vast Universe.

3. My mind is getting a lot of pleasure while progressing continuously. My body is also feeling the happiness.

4. Tuka says, in this Universe, which is continuously moving towards destruction, I am present inside as well as outside it.

खरे भांडवल सापडले गाठी । जेणे नये तुटी उदमासी ॥१॥
संवगाचे केणे सापडले घरी । भरूनि वैखरी साठविले ॥२॥
घेता देता लाभ होतसे सकळा । सदैवा दुर्बळा भाव तैसा॥३॥
फडा आलिया तो न वजे निरास । जरि काही त्यास न कळता ॥४॥
तुका म्हणे आता झालीसे निश्चिंती । आणीक ते चित्ती न धरू दुजे ॥५॥


In English script

Khare bhandwal sapadale gathee |
Jene naye tutee udamasee ||1||

Sawangache kene sapadale gharee |
Bharuni vaikharee saatavile ||2||

Gheta deta laabh hotase sakalaa |
Sadeva dubala bhaav taisa ||3||

Fada aliya to na vaje nirase |
Jari kahi tyas na kalata ||4||

Tuka mhane aata jaaleese nischintee |
Aneek te chitti na dharoo duje ||5||

English Translation
1. I have got possession of the real capital in the form of the name of Shri Vitthal. So, now there will never be any loss in my business.

2. This very low priced treasure has been found in my own house in the form of Vitthal. Now I have stored it in my sweet tongue.

3. Everyone is getting benefited while giving or receiving this Treasure. Whether a person is fortunate or weak, it doesn't matter. Everyone gets this Shri Vitthal in accordance with the feelings in his heart.

4. Once he comes in the company of the devotees of Shri Vitthal, he will never become disheartened. This will be true whether we try to understand him or not. It just doesn't matter.

5. Tuka says, now I am completely relaxed. I will not hold in my heart anything else other than this Treasure capital of the name of Sri Vitthal.
