चिंतनें अचिंत राहिलों निश्चळ | तेंचि किती काळ वाढवावें ||१||

अबोल्याचा काळ आतां ऐशावरी | वचनाची उरी उरली नाहीं ||२||

करूं आला तो तो केला लावलाहो | उरोंचि संदेहो दिला नाहीं ||३||

तुका म्हणे मोहो परतेचि ना मागें | म्हणऊुनि त्यागें त्याग झाला ||४||

1. Chintane achint raahilo nischal, techi kitee kaal vaadhavaave

2. Abolyaacha kaal aata aishaavaree, vachanaachee uree uralee naahee

3. Karu aala to to kela laavalaaho, urochi sandeho dila naahee

4. Tuka mhane moho paratechi na maage, mhanauni tyaage tyaag zaala.

Translation

1. I have now become completely free from worry due to continuous thinking about God. Now, how much should I increase this contemplation on God?

2. Now, the time has come to remain silent. There is no need of the spoken word.

3. Whatever measures I needed to take to seek God, I have taken them without wasting time. I didn't allow any doubt to remain in my mind.

4. Tuka says, still the worldly temptations are not leaving me. So, I have renounced my entire household and worldly things and I am on this spiritual path.
