ध्याई अंतरिंच्या सुखें । काय
बडबड वाचा मुखें ॥१॥
विधिनिषेध उर फोडी । जंव नाहीं
अनुभवगोडी ॥२॥
वाढे तळमळ उभयता । नाहीं देखिलें
अनुभवितां ॥३॥
अपुलाल्या मतें पिसें । परि तें
आहे जैसेंतैसें ॥४॥
साधनाची सिद्धी । मौन करा स्थिर
बुद्धी ॥५॥
तुका म्हणे वादें । वांयां गेली
ब्रम्हवृंदें ॥६॥

1. Dhyaee anatarichya sukhe, kaay badbad vaacha mukhe
2. Vidhinishedh ur phodi, jav naahee anubhavgoadee
3. Vaadhe talamal ubhayata, naahee dekhile anubhavita
4. Apulyalya mate pise, pari te aahe jaisetaise
5. Saadhanaachee siddhee, moun kara sthir buddhee
6. Tuka mhane vaade, vaaya gelee bhamhavrunde.
Translation
1. We should see the God in our heart. We should treat that as the Darshan and enjoy that happiness. We should not just engage in useless talk.
2. Until you have direct experience of God, dry discussion on desirable things and taboos (about what should be done and what should not be done) are going to cause only headache and they are of no use.
3. Until you have experienced God, there will be ceaseless increase in the longing in your heart.
4. There are many people who have become crazy, believing in their own philosophies. They have not benefited in anyway by doing that. They are stuck wherever they are and there is no progress.
5. You should observe silence and make your mind steady. This is the ultimate state achieved after all the different paths.
6. Tuka says, these groups of so called pundits have gone completely astray from the path by engaging in useless debates.
