अंतरीची घेतो गोडी । पाहे जोडी भावाची ।।१।।

देव सोयरा देव सोयरा । देव सोयरा दीनाचा ।।२।।

आपुल्याच वैभवे । शृंगारावे निर्मळ ।।३।।

तुका म्हणे जेवी सवे । प्रेम द्यावे प्रीतीचे ।।४।।

English

1. Antarichi gheto godi, pahe Jodi bhavachi

2. Dev soyara dev soyara, dev soyara deenaacha

3. Apulyach vaibhave, shrungarave nirmal

4. Tuka mahe jevi save, prem dyave preetiche.

Translation

1. God is ever enjoying the sweetness of the devotee's heart. He is ever checking the feeling of devotion in his heart.

2. Truly, God is our real relative. God is the close kin of a poor person.

3. He decorates His devotee with the ornament of 'purity' by using His own powers.

4. Tuka says, he doesn't stop at just that. He also eats food along with His devotee and gives 'the love of His love' to him.
   

Here Tukoba has used a very unique sentence at the end! He says God gives him the love of God's love! Tukoba may want to say that God lovingly inspires love for God in the devotee's heart. After all, God alone resides in the devotee's heart. If and when He decides, He can inspire love for God in the devotee's heart .
