Translation
This is a very well known abhanga of Saint Tukaram, in which he is stressing on purity of body and mind.
  1. If the seed is pure (high quality), then it will give birth to very nice and juicy fruits.
  2. A person whose words are like elixir and whose body is completely dedicated to God's cause,
  3. whose whole body is clean and heart is as holy as the water if the holy river Ganga (the Ganges),
  4. Tuka says, even the sight of such person releases a man from his three pains (pains of the physical body, the astral body and the spiritual pains). He attained a state of rest (attains peace).
