Tukaram Gatha Abhanga 26

आलिंगन घडे । मोक्ष सायुज्यता जोडे ॥१॥
ऎसा संतांचा महिमा । झाली बोलायाची सीमा ॥२॥
तीर्थे पर्वकाळ । अवघीं पायापें सकळ ॥३॥
तुका म्हणॆ देवा । त्याची केली पावे सेवा ॥४॥

English

1. Alingan ghade, moksha sayujyata jode
2. Aisaa santaanchaa mahimaa,  zaalee bolayachee seema
3. Teerthe parvakaal, avaghee paayape sakal
4. Tuka mhane devaa, tyachee kelee paave sevaa

Translation

In this abhanga, Tukoba is describing the greatness of saints.

1. One can achieve liberation by embracing saints' company.
2. Such is the greatness of saints. Words are inadequate to describe them. What more can one want after achieving liberation?
3. All the holy places of visit and all the auspicious periods (such as kumbh, etc.) are forever at the feet of the saints. (If you serve the saints, you will get the benefits obtained by visiting holy places and by honoring the holy periods).
4. Tuka says, service rendered to the saints reaches God.
