Translation
Saint Tukaram is describing the beauty of the Lord and is very anxious to meet him.
  1. When will I see the Lord, who rides on an eagle, wears a holy yellow cloth on His waist? When will I see that dark and beautiful Lord?

  2. This darkish cloud complexioned Lord Vitthala, wearing a Vaijayanti garland in His neck, indeed looks very beautiful.

  3. His crown has brilliance of a billion Suns. The Kaustubh gemstone is looking very beautiful in His neck
(The verse used a word 'koti', which literally means ten millions. Kaustubh is a very unique previous gemstone worn only by Lord Vishnu, Krishna or Vitthala, i.e. an avatar of Lord Vishnu).

  4. His beautiful face is looking as if all the happiness is cast in a mould.

  5. His great renowned devotees Uddhava and Akrura are standing on His sides and the saints with childlike purity - the Sanatkumars,  are ever singing His praise.
(Lord Vitthala is Lord Krishna. Uddhava is Krishna's friend, whom Krishna had sent to Vrindavan to pacify it's residents, who were deeply grieved by Krishna's going to Mathura. Akrura is another friend and assistant of Krishna. Initially he was sent by Kaunsa, the king of Mathura, to kill Krishna. But, while crossing the river Yamuna, he got enlightenment. As a result of that, he became a devotee and assistant of Krishna.
(Sanatkumars are four sons of Lord Brahma. They are very well known as pious, holy saints. All of them look  like innocent young children. They are always praising The Lord in holy chants).

  1. Tuka says, this God - Lord Pandurang, is not like other gods. He is very unique and He is my friend!
