जेविले ते संत मागे उष्टावळी। अवघ्या पत्रावळी करुनी झाडा ||१||
सोंवळ्या ओंवळ्या राहिलो निराळा। पासूनि सकळा अवघ्या दूरी ||२||
परें परतें मज न लगे सांगावें। हें तो बरे देवे शिकविले ||३||
दुसऱ्यातें आम्ही नाही आतळत। जाणोनि संकेत उभा असे ||४||
येथे काही कोणी न धरावी शंका। मज चाड एका भोजनाची ||५||
लांचावला तुका मारितसे झड। पुरविले कोड नारायणे ||६||

English

1. Jevile te sant mage ushtavalee, avaghya patravalee karuni zada

2. Sovalya ovalya rahilo nirala, pasuni sakala awaghya dooree

3. Pare parate maj na lage sangave, he to bare deve shikavile

4. Dusaryate aamhi naahi aatalat, janoni sanket ubha ase

5. Yethe kahi koni na dharaavee shankaa, maj chaad eka bhojanachee

6. Lachavala Tuka, maritase zad, puravile koad Narayane

Translation

In this abhang Tukoba is expressing his satisfaction that God has fulfilled his desire.

1. I have gathered all the used leaf plates on which the saints ate and now I am wishing to have the left over for myself.

2. I am now completely aloof from considerations of holy and unholy.

3. Now, nobody should try to tell me about the Truth that is beyond the reach of words. God has taught me that very well.

4. Now, I am standing relaxed, with the firm determination that I will not touch anything else, other than You (God).

5. I am hungry only for the food of God Realization. Nobody should have any doubt about that.

6. I have become greedy for that and am pouncing on that food. The Lord Narayana has fulfilled my desire.
