मिठवण्याचे धनी । तुम्ही व्यवसाय जनीं ॥१॥कोण पडे ये लिगाडीं । केली तैसीं उगवा कोडीं ॥२॥
केलें सांगितलें काम । दिले पाळूनियां धर्म ॥३॥
तुका म्हणे आतां । असो तुमचें तुमचे माथां ॥४॥
Translation
1. Oh God, You are the master who can put a complete end to the endless troubles of this mundane household life of Your devotees.
2. Now that I have met You, why would I take a plunge into the troubles caused by this mundane household life? God! Please straighten up all these problems just as You have created them.
3. I have done whatever work You have told me to do. I have obeyed all the rules of religion which You had laid down for me.
4. Tuka says, now You only carry the burden of this household matter of mine on Your head.

2. Kon pade ye liaadee, kelee taisee ugavaa kodee
3. Kele saangitale kaam, dile paalooniyaa dharma
